Pretty good, but needs to work on answering the phone or calling back if you leave a message. Definitely use him again as he knows his stuff.

Can't comment on the service because I didn't receive any. Didn't respond to email from his webpage. Does not respond to voice messages on his answering service. When I did get through he didn't want to come to fix my dishwasher, instead asking if I would bring it in. Said he would call back the next day, never did.

Left several msgs, never returned any of my calls in regards to getting my dryer looked at. After 3wks I gave up. Dryer seemed to have fixed itself. He rang and left a msg 8mths later. Now dryer has died and again still waiting for him to return my calls/email, warranty job. Support local business they say. Be ok if local businesses wanted your business

Unanswered phone calls, not responsive. Multiple Phone calls with LG and Harvey Norman. Harvey Norman gave me a full refund as my washing machine was under warranty because I refused to wait months for Peter to respond.

It Was a Friday afternoon and I was trying to source an oven element from many appliance companies and was told that it could be ordered and would be a week to get. Then I contacted Peter and once given the part number he was onto it, and actually had one in stock and to top it off he even delivered it to me. His professionalism and dedication to his customers was impressive and I would recommend his services to anyone.
