Great place to take your family for the day, plenty of space to play footy or Frisbee, at least three playgrounds for the kids, BBQ areas and tables to enjoy your lunch and a nice walking route, dog park so your pet can mingle, also go fishing on the river. Awesome park

A nice quiet park by the river. Most of the park is flood affected at the moment but the playground and grassy area at the entrance is still open. Also has a good bike path that loops around the grounds.

A nice park for a gathering or BBQ, with several children’s playground around the circular trail. Plenty of shaded areas under the trees or from shaded bench areas. The circular walk is about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace, with access points to the river if needed. Children’s playgrounds are quite small and standard, but reasonable nonetheless. Dogs allowed on leash, with an off leash area and toilet facilities nearby too.

This is a great fully paved walk. There is a playground as well as a dog run area. There are restrooms & picnic areas as well as a few places to fish along the river.

Lovely and very beautiful park.A bit far from my place, but worth driving. The park has multiple playgrounds and sport equipment.Lots of places to have picnics.Multiple open fire BBQ.Also there is field for diskgolf (like golf but witch freesbees instead of ball) - heaps of fun! There are many parking around the park.Definitely recommend to pay a visit!

Great place to walk your dog, have a picnic or kick a ball with the family. There are several sets of swings throughout the park a monorail, 2 x fenced dog parks with agility equipment and lots of bbqs. There is even a Frisbee golf course if that's what you are into. Dogs must stay on leash through the parklands as there is lots of native wildlife such as scrub turkeys. I saw a koala and its joey strolling between trees the other day, so please be responsible with your pets.

Grew up around the area as a kid and moved back as a young adult. Used to walk through the nature walk. 100% a haunted site. wouldn’t set foot on any of the jetty’s without feeling nauseous and feeling as if I’m being watched…

Perfect place for a family event!Plenty of amenities, well taken care of grounds, lots of fun things to do, and the shaded seating area is massive! Plus there are many other small seating areas too. Definitely recommend coming here for an event, a party, or just a nice time at the park.
