My partner and I went in to get some more advice on hockey skates and Nick was extremely helpful and genuine. Unfortunately he didn’t have the pair of skates we were after in the shop but we were able to purchase online when we got home. Within 12 hours of purchasingI was surprised to receive a follow up email from Nick, letting us know the order will be sent from their warehouse asap! Amazing service!

Worst retail experience of my life. Paid cash and thought receipt was in the box, messaged later that day and was refused a receipt unless I made a 400km round trip to pay eftpos instead. Was told when I called before making the trip there plenty of stock available in multiple sizes and when I got there they only had the single size that was the display skate.Overall the attitude displayed by next level was unenthusiastic and just strait up rude.Hand on my heart I will never shop there again.So much for trying to support local business.

I have always found Nick and the team at Next level to be very helpful when it comes to sourcing the gear I need. As someone who has been playing hockey for a long time I agree with their views on the products and am confident when they are sharing their views on the latest hockey gear!

Shout out to Mitch., legend! Went in to Next Level Performance tonight to maybe buy a pair of Hockey gloves and have a bit of a look around and ended up buying a pair of new Bauer Supreme Hockey skates. Mitch is a great guy with lots of knowledge and a great attitude. I'm hard to impress but I can't speak highly enough of Mitch. Great work Mitch you're a top bloke and a good salesman. Best buying experience I've had in a long time.

While I've read some mixed reviews about this place, I dare say if you've had a negative in-store experience here, there's a good chance it's because you went in with a closed mind and a I already know everything because I did a Google search" approach. I've never had a bad experience with the owner Nick. He's blunt but he tells it as it is and if you're willing to listen you can learn a lot about the products we all NEED to play this sport we love. Reasonable pricing
