Sydney Mobile Car Battery Replacement Service

I bought a battery from this company in June 2022, it never worked properly, the start/stop function never operated and they told me that was because the initial battery wasn't fully charged. Eventually I serviced the car few days ago and the report from NRMA was that the battery was faulty (see photo). When I tried to have it replaced under warranty, Peter used a meter which, miraculously, indicated that the battery was OK. When I asked to see the calibration of his meter he refused. I suspect his meter has NEVER been calibrated and it is designed to show perfection, no matter how poor the battery is.You did NOT have a calibration for your meter, your readings are not correct and they are not valid.The problem with the battery is due to the formation of sulphates and it can't hold the charge for long but your meter does NOT measure that therefore your warranty is worth NOTHING!!!NRMA uses the latest available technology, you use an old meter that has not been calibrated for years and in your warranty that is the only measure you accept BUT BATTARIES FAIL FOR A LOTS OF REASON AND YOUR METER DOES ACCOUNT FOR ALL FAILURE.

Best service u could hope for called up and they were there in 15 mins, replaced battery, tested alternator, car running like a charm. Kelvins a real one, top guy, this world needs more people like him. Highly recommend.

They were professional and explained the process so I could understand, helping me with starting the car and advising on how to care for it. Good customer service, prompt, courteous/polite technician & competitive pricing.Only feedback would be that a timeframe for an ETA would be appreciated. Liam, the technician did ring when he was 20 minutes away but a general ballpark when lodging the request would be helpful for planning the day around the technicians arrival.Would use this company again & highly recommend.
