My brand-new Izzo coffee machine was delivered DOA. It was purchased from another vendor while Casa Espresso acts as an official distributor of the Izzo Group in Australia. So, Antony had managed to organize an instant inspection of the machine (the same day!) and replacement of faulty parts within a few days. Excellent level of service and perfect customer support! I ordered a precision filter basket and it arrived very quickly. I'd accidentallty ordered the wrong size and the customer support was prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. I was able to send mine back and they shipped the correct one out the day my package arrived to them. I'll certain be using Casa Espresso more in future and recommending it to friends!q

I had my La Pavoni repaired for a leaking problem. It was leaking again 3 weeks after the repair ($260). Despite multiple phone calls and emails I still haven't heard back. I have lost my excitement and interest in dealing with this guy.

After being disappointed with thin porcelain cups and mugs in the past, for years my wife and I were convinced that double walled coffee glasses were the best vessel for our precious morning coffee.Oh how wrong we were!Needing to replace our coffee glasses due to a cloudy appearance that had developed over time inside the double wall, a Google search lead me to discover the Ancap coffee cup range at Casa Espresso.Having a preference for strong large milk based coffee drinks, my wife and I opted to try the Ancap Verona Caffe Latte cups. When they arrived, they looked the business.I was pleasantly surprised by the height of these cups given the insane volume they can hold, perfectly fitting underneath the portafilter spouts even when sitting on top of my Acaia Lunar scale.After adequately warming the cups on top of our espresso machine, I prepared a strong caffe latte for my wife and I, complete with failed latte art (that is not a reflection of the cups, just my lack of patience when it comes to pouring steamed milk).As silly as it may sound, our coffee had never tasted better. My wife and I just assumed our minds were playing tricks on us so we just dismissed it as a better puck preparation.However, the next morning, once again, the coffee tasted amazing.There was a distinct difference in flavour and mouthfeel just from using a quality porcelain cup.The only very minor downside was that one of the cups had arrived with a very, very small chip at the base of the cup. I took a photo and emailed Antony at Casa Espresso just to let him know that one cup had a very small chip but we were happy to keep using it without a replacement.Antony responded immediately and said he would send out a replacement ASAP.That level of customer service is so rare it is basically unheard of these days. It is even more impressive given the current climate with a Global Pandemic making it harder for almost all business to keep their heads above water. And yet, Antony was more than happy to send out a replacement cup, at his expense even though the cup with the chip was perfectly usable.So impressed were my wife and I, not only by the difference in drink quality these cups produced but also the amazing customer service Antony provided, we also placed an order for another set, this time of the Large Cappuccino size.These cups arrived in perfect condition and have since become our preferred cup size to further bolster our triple shot lattes.I cannot recommend both the Ancap cups and the customer service from Casa Espresso. If, like us, you really enjoy a morning brew and have been using double walled glasses for your coffee or the horrible thin porcelain cups you get with a typical dining set, stop it immediately!Do yourself a favour and upgrade your coffee flavour with one of the Ancap Italian porcelain cups. Just ensure you warm the cups first.

Ordered a replacement lid for my Sttoke cup and sadly it was smashed somehow during delivery. I contacted Casa and a replacement arrived so fast I almost couldn't believe it. Really great customer service and the replacement lid was in perfect condition.
