Feeling very grateful for the excellent care I received on the weekend at SWHC. From the ambulance service right through to discharge everyone made sure I felt safe and very comfortable. The A&E and the ward were very much under the pump but you wouldn’t know that from the care given. A sincere thank you.

This cancer centre is absolutely marvelous the staff ,surroundings, and specialist treatments available are the most up to date offeredMy husband has been attending the centre for treatment for 7 months now and we travel from Mt Gambier every fortnight knowing we are receiving the best healthcare available

Really good experience all the way from the ambulance to the nurses in the paediatric ward. Only exception was the doctor who dome the hack job of the cast. (I shouldn't say hack, it's such a bad describing word) but it was all rectified. Ta.

Nice new hospital. I like their trainee doctors they take the time of day to listen to my concerns and perform a full examination. It seems like they are training for an exam or something.

ER team provided assistance and great care very quickly, without a delay. The nurses and GP were very sweet, understanding and helpful.

What a great emergency department. The staff were extremely helpful, nice and thorough. Dr Beth is my new angel so caring.

Staff at Southwest day surgery are doing a great job, I felt like I was in a private hospital, care is excellent. friendly and attentive bunch of staff, hats off for you guys and keep of good work, xx

This place helps manufacturer lies that destroy families and takes vital care away from disabled and disadvantaged people, Absolutely disguising, Your karma is coming soon, Don't delete this feedback like the last timeFor the record, I put in a complaint and your investigation team took 3 weeks investigating to tell me that they wouldn't be providing the details of the person involved, Making it impossible for me to take the complaint further, So it's quite obvious you were in the wrong and are protecting your staff.This should tell you everything that you need to know about this place.

We have lodged complaints through out the year and we are awaiting a response to some of our recent complaints. I hope to hear from South West Health Care very soon. We are currently exploring other avenues in which we might be more successful with our complaints being properly heard and dealt with. There needs to be a major review and permanent change implemented.
