Mel King has been an outstanding property manager. From my own experience in renting properties and being a landlord, and listening to friends chat about their property management - I can say without a doubt that we have received the BEST service from Mel. She is always available and provides the perfect service to us, and as far as I am aware, to our tenants too. We would never look elsewhere for property management.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion . I wanted to say Shan from this realestate agency from the start of my initial contact with her looking for a property to rent was absolutely fantastic. And was easy to get hold of I must say by text or phone. Which is very rare with a lot of agents these days. Shan went above and beyond with myself always responding in an extremely friendly, professional and courteous manner. I run a company as a General Manager and I feel it’s extremely important for employers to receive great feedback regarding their employees outstanding performance which I feel we received. Hard-working & Honest! I have been in touch with Deron for over 2 years, he has kept me thoroughly up to date with the market in Kenmore and his knowledge is outstanding. His communication has been excellent and I felt he always had my best interests at heart with his advice and recommendations.Deron worked with my timeline and helped with arrangements to prepare my home for the market. He is hard-working and dedicated to getting the best outcome for his clients and is available at all hours, We were kept up to date with inspections and interest levels and his top-notch negotiation skills were evident. After only 1 weekend of open homes he was able to secure a great unconditional contract for me prior to auction! I will give 0 star if possibleAs an investor, I am writing this review regarding the property management of Brisbane Real Estate and specifically, the property manager Mellisa King.She went ahead and approved a $300 quote for the installation of a TOWEL RAIL without my consent. The expensive quote left me feeling quite upset, especially since I knew I could have called my own tradesmen to fix the issue for free. I requested a refund from Mellisa, given that I had never agreed to the quote. She responded by saying, I will ask them to remove the new towel rail and take the bill away. No problem"When I informed Mellisa that I wished to terminate my contract with the company after 30 days

Fantastic local agent ! Hands down the best agent we’ve ever dealt with - it was a highly emotional and stressful time for us but James’ professional, caring, helpful, understanding and straightforward no bs approach throughout the whole process was just fantastic ! He tells it as it is, he’s a brilliant communicator and does what he says he’s going to do. A local himself, he’s extremely knowledgeable, he promotes local businesses and wants the best for his clients and the area. James goes above and beyond for his clients (and you’ll be his client for life as he’ll tell you ), and he gets results!
