I was deeply disappointed with the outcome. I had to pay $1200, and had to get the cleaners back, which they did come back, but for me to walk them around and show them marks on walls, doors and streaks on the windows, which are obvious was deeply concerning. The house did not smell like any chemicals were used. I did a walk through after they’d been the second time and could not smell and tell that anything had been done, beyond streaky windows.I am not wanting a back and forth on here. I voiced my concerns over email but I do not recommend this service. For an end of lease clean, it was not value for money.

I chose QueenBee for my end of lease clean, based on their good reviews and fair price compared to other businesses. Overall very happy I did, they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. The end of lease clean included things that other businesses quoted a lot extra for, like the oven and carpet cleaning, all of which was done to a high standard. Great service, very genuine, reliable and friendly people who are super easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again in future. Thanks Tom and team.

I don’t even know where to begin - the cleaners promised me a team of cleaners when they were over an hour late I finally reached out to them to figure out where they were and we’re told only one person would be attending - we had no communication at all more to say the clean did NOT pass the inspection - I made them go back and didn’t pay until it was resolved an was given a due date of payment by this Friday - this Tuesday I received a threatening message saying if I didn’t pay they would be sending me to a debt collector when they fully knew the date on the email provided - them trying to bully me into paying is something I’ve never seen beforeWho ever I’m speaking to has no customer service skills and doesn’t understand nor comprehend a due date on an email they providedFor anyone looking for an end of lease clean DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they will threaten you bully you and continue to abuse you to pay when they never passed the inspectionThey aren’t reliableNever ever use this company

Both the staffs and the work at the end is flawless. They were truely a professional ones and I recommended you guys to put your cash to the right cleaner.

After a serious mishap in the bathroom owing to pressure build up from pipe works being conducted in our street, QueenBee came and did a full sanitising clean. Kevin arrived on time, was utterly respectful, courteous and above all, tackled what was a very unpleasant task in an entirely professional manner. Not only did he do all the cleaning by hand, he followed sanitising protocols to the letter and even knew not to use harmful chemicals on our marble vanity. We're extremely grateful for his care and efficiency.

Super friendly and easy to work with, we had a short time frame to get our end of lease clean, and they steam cleaned the carpet and did a clean of the house to a standard that should get us our full bond back as advise by our leasing agent.

Kevin has been really great and did a wonderful job for my apartment end of lease cleaning.His pricing is reasonable compared to other in the market and he and his team have great attention for detail. He spends more time to do the right thing rather rushing to another Job.He gave me the assurance that if the agent point out to anything else he is happy to come back and do the job for me.
