He came fully prepared and had answers to all our questions. We signed with him. His photographer was fantastic and the virtual staging worked wonderfully. The property sold on the first opening. Stepinside managed my Braddon apartment investment property from 2015 to 2019, and always kept me well informed of any issues or requests from the tenant. Rental statements and fund transfers were reliably on time. When it came time to sell the property, they coordinated all exhibitions with the tenant throughout what was an extended sale period (I wasn't in a hurry to sell).
