DO NOT USE this services , if you would like to save your items. I took evening dress to alter the bottom line. I asked if they could do same fine stitches as original. They say “yes” .When in few days I came back it looks shocking : uneven crucked stitches , plus damaged fabrics. They tried to convinced me that’s because of the curve, then asked cameback so they would iron it. When I came back it was new stitches, more accurate resembling original. They say they cut a bit of the bottom, but it should be ok .I took dress home, tried it on to realise that they cut the back of the dress about 5 cm ( where they damage fabric) and the bottom of the front dress is longer than the back .I took the dress to the shop again ,the old chinese man came down to me complaining that he did alter it twice already and he believes it’s ok for him.I said it’s not ok for me and he ruined my dress, and should not be doing this type of job if he does not know how to do it properly. He started yelling at me and asking leave the shop. I said return my money to me as I have to find another master now to fix my dress . He said he would not return it as he has already changed it twice . I asked manager , he said he is a manager.Then all stuff scolded at me, without willing to return money.Ironing left scuffs on the dress too. Another wards they ruined my dress without even apologising .They not only can do the job properly but do not treat customers with respect .I would have manus 230 score for this shop.So if you would like to save your time, money , and most importantly your presious garment avoid this services .

We dropped off 2 coats for dry clean. When we went home, as seen in the picture, the coat buttons have completely disappeared and both coats haven’t been completely cleaned.

We dropped off the load in three reusable Woolies bags and picked up the clothes and didn’t even give the bags back to us. They’re not disposable.

I went here to try their service for the first time.I dropped off my coat in the afternoon and asked them to steam it and fix one button,no need to dryclean.I went back on the following afternoon to pick it up.No other customers at the front when I came.I gave her my blueslip then she went at the back where I couldn't see her and all I was thinking is she would grab my coat from there and she'll be back in a tick.Then I waited.......and waited...and waited...and waited....and waited...and waited..until I realized I've been waiting for about 10-12 min.I started to get upset as at the back of my head what the hell is taking sooooo long for her to get my coat??"...then I started to think that maybe my coat has not been done yet

It is a very bad customer service, I have dropped my thick bed covers to be cleaned. It returned very stink and not clean at all. It was smelling really bad and I returned them to the lady there asking for my money back. She refused impolitely and told that she will clean them again. I refused and asked for my money again when she started to screem. I lost about 60$ and my covers now smells bad and requires proper cleaning.

Would be nice if they attended the costumers by their order of arrival. Unfortunately there seem to be other priorities" in the order costumers are attended to... Was giving it a try today
