I recently had the misfortune of visiting Smith and Co Automotive, and I must say it was a complete disaster from start to finish. This is by far the worst automotive service I have ever encountered, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this place.It seemed as though they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than assisting customers. Their lack of professionalism was evident right from the moment I walked through the door.I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable automotive service provider that values their customers and takes pride in their work

We arrived in Bulahdelah for an overnight stop on the way home from Brisbane. I noticed a noise in the engine and discovered my drive belt was starting to shred. I went down to Smith and Co at 7.30 the following morning and met Keiren. He identified a couple of worn pulleys and ordered them in. He had us underway again just after lunch.Keiren and Lana were fantastic to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them if you are in need of a service or repairs in Bulahdelah.
