Time for a late feedback to warn others. I engaged Royce from BRANDY's Mobile Mechanics for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection in October 2019. He provided positive feedback about the car orally and promised to send me his inspection report by email. I trusted him and bought the car. Despite several reminders over the following days and weeks, he did NOT send an inspection report. When I went onto my first trip, the transmission was broken after only two days of driving. The transmission a complete write-off - lots of money and three days to get it replaced. Our trip disrupted. The mechanics who checked and replaced the transmission noted that the issue could have been noticed before the vehicle purchase. Royce disclaimed any responsibility and refused paying back (at least part of) the money for the pre-purchase inspection. He did no longer react to phone calls and emails. What an unfair, dishonest guy. I wish I had never contacted and trusted him.
