So thrilled with my pulse oximeter. I suffer from varying oxygen levels due to a bronchial asthma condition and AF. This device helps me rest easy knowing when my blood oxygen levels are good and when my atrial fibrillation is easing. It gives me peace of mind.It's an excellent device which is true to its photograph and description. Easy to operate and no weird assemblage! An excellent company who live up to the promises they make.Also the parcel was addressed clearly and wrapped securely.Thank you so much LuxeMED!

Amazing service! Super impressed to have received such a prompt response on a Sunday! I had a few questions in regards to a saddle stool for my return to the office and thought I'd try my luck calling LuxeMED. I don't normally write negative reviews, but I'm utterly disgusted at LuxeMED unacceptable behaviour by deleting my critical yet factual review on one of their products on their website. It was a white standard trolley where I started off in my review that I liked the design and it is one of its kind. However there were some quality control issues. My biggest problem was when the wheel was rolled around it would produce unbearably loud squeaking noises. I had reached out to support and even followed up with a phone call where I was told they had emailed the manufacturer and were waiting to hear back. Not only did they not have a solution for something which I found later was a simple fix but they never got back to me. My original review was to inform other buyers and possibly help them if they had the same issue as I did by providing my solution after hours of searching on the web but with no clear answers. I found the issue was the weight of the frame on the plastic wheel when rolled puts a lot of weight in the spin on the axle which causes friction and as a result produces the loud squeaking noise. So I lubricated the axle with sewing machine oil and that immediately resolved it. Yet today, I've checked their website and my review is gone. I think if you enabled reviews on your website and asked me to review your product then you should not only choose ones that favours you but also accept the opposite, which are geniune criticisms. If you are confident about your product and service then there is nothing to hide. I'm posting this updated review on Google so others can see both sides of the spectrum and make an inform purchase decision.

I purchased the student podiatry kit. It was out of stock but the customer service was amazing. As soon as the instruments were in stock I got an email (before the website was updated). Everything was simple and I received my instruments within the week (with Aust. post delays). Great quality instruments highly recommend!!!

Very poor customer service. Tried to cancel an order which I put in by mistake in less than 2 hours and I was told they can't cancel it as It was already processed by their warehouse. I asked them howcome I do not have a tracking number yet if it has been processed and I was told you will receive the teacking number in 1-2 weeks!! After I mentioned under the consumer protection law, there is cooling off period and I am allowed to cancel any order. She advised she will contact me in an hour and let me know what she can do. It's been over 24 hours and have tried to contact them multiple times and no one is there to answer. If I were you, I would be thinking twice before purchasing from this website. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THESES GUYS!!

The strips to measure the glucose were not in the box and the container to hold the strips is not there either.So not able to use it.Bought very similar at local pharmacy for $20 so yes stuff missing and a rip off for price

This was my 1st time purchasing a saddle stool and I was pleasantly blown away! As someone who works a Monday - Friday, 9-5 role in front of the computer, I needed something that would provide me with better posture, as well as great comfort - and the stool I purchased does exactly that! It's white colour variant also looks great amongst my office's décor! To top it all off, shipping was super quick also - even with everything going on with COVID, floods, etc. 5* with zero hesitation.

Great product from LuxeMED. I ordered the TGA fingertip pulse oximeter and I think it's the best I have used during my time working as a paramedic. Delivery was fast and I will definitely buy products from LuxeMed again. Thank you LuxMed!
