I bought a second hand fisher & paykal fridge from them 5 years ago. They were located at 183 anzac parade at that time.After 5 years, the fridge is still working. Can't ask more

It is clear that customer satisfaction is of high priority, even after a purchase, at Topgun Appliances. I bought a dishwasher from these guys and they deliever it the next day with absolute ease, going as far to clean up the food remains and mold off the surrounding area the machine was going in to ensure a greater lifespan for the product. I've never seen greater work ethic and customer orientated business in my life, I'd 100% recommended buying from these guys!

They are not called Topgun for nothing. The team are absolute god sent angels!After a desperate situation where i needed to replace my fridge, i called these guys and Nicky was incredibly helpful and informative.Nicky was able to organise for the Fridge to be delivered on the same day and Frank who delivered the fridge was super professional and i couldn’t believe his generosity he even transferred my food from my old fridge to my new one.Hands down a great experience and I highly recommend them !

Paid an expensive price for a low quality fridge purely due to them offering to deliver and take away the old fridge. Once they dropped off the fridge, the said they would collect the old fridge the next day. This did not occur and took 3 phone calls, 2 in person visits and 2 hand written notes left at their business. The fridge was collected two and a half weeks after the stated date.

Top guy, lovely family and staff. Got a huge washing machine secondhand at a low price years ago, free delivery and installation. Even helped move the old washer. Helps with quotes and measuring info, good communication. Got some new beds and bases recently, delivered free, amazing price saving. He even showed me how to fix the existing oven and floor in my new place. Top service and prices. Thank you so much!
