Best gym I've ever been to and fought under. Constant attention to detail and wealth of knowledge in all areas of martial arts, intensive one on one attention (competing or not), unique atmosphere in the sense of its comradery and just a straight up fun time to train at with the team. Should be the first stop on the Sunshine Coast if you're looking to train.

Even though it was only temporarily going here because my coach was having some troubles. I was very generously welcomed and found this club very different form others i have been to. The attention to detail is crazy i learnt some awesome little details i have not been applying to basic positions> People are extremely nice ,coach is very talented his brother is a UFC champ whats not to like?

The Noke family are welcoming and inclusive. They host a strong team of competitive talent that work with incredibly high principles and ethics. Their attention to members needs as individuals situates them as market leaders in the delivery of competitive martial arts.Additionally as a coach for the kids on the mat Coach Nelson spends time re-enforcing valuable morals with the children. He sets and expects a high standard, the benefit for the children far outstrips what they learn in the classes. They take it on board and bring it home, I can personally say that I’ve seen a strong improvement in my kids behaviour.
