They sell rotten fishes!! I bought a big barramundi today and it was not well cleaned. They left a lot of fish fins and scales on it. Customer service was very poor too. I asked to put this fish in two separate bags, the young Chinese lady at the register gave me a bad look. I said thanks and she didn’t even respond to it. I also noted they don’t sell fresh fishes and I think I was over charged too. It was my first time there, and this is my last too. I thought my feedback would help others that’s why I’m sharing my experience about this place.

Terrible service. Realised they did not pack all the items we bought when we reach home. Called them up but the lady said nothing was left behind and just hung up.

Absolute abysmal place to purchase seafood! WARNING - do not shop here, you will regret it.We bought prawns here and when we opened them up at home we realised they were very smelly (it almost induced vomiting to open the bag) - a bit like the shop actually which absolutely reeks; the rotten fragrance permeates the entire shopping centre.When we took the seafood back for a refund the staff displayed extraordinarily poor customer service and refused to refund. They demanded a receipt but one was never offered upon purchasing. $30 wasted.Shocking service, shocking product, shocking smells - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Shocking place to buy seafood - it bloody stinks. I bought prawns but they smelled like the sewer - uneatable. Be warned don't go there! Doesn't deserve one star

I bought barramundi today. However, I think the lady at the front must of swapped my fish. I didnt realise when I was there however as soon as I got home I knew something was off. My husband took a bite of the fish and realised the immensely terrible smell. The fish just stank, like i lived in dirty water and was just unfrozen and put out. I threw everything i made in the bin, couldnt stand the smell. The fish was definetly frozen and not fresh, it smelled terrible and I will for sure not be going back. The 1 star rating is generous if you ask me.

Unbelievably rude old lady. I don’t even want to call her “Lady”! She was crazily rude. As a human being, she shouldn’t treat the customers like this! I wouldn’t come back anymore!! You will be realized when the shop is ruined how customer is important. She need education! It is a shame as human being!
