Firstly, the salon is nicely set out. The staff are great - very friendly and know their stuff.Amber cut my hair and did a great job - constantly checking the design and asking questions. The herb tea with a couple of chocolates on arrival is such a wonderful start to your appointment.

The best hair salon in Bunbury! Great & awesome customer service. Loved their passion towards their job & treatments. The salon is beautiful comfortable and inviting with an amazing staff.My mom and I went for haircut and I was so happy to find somebody that listens to you and takes the time out to listen to what you want. Went back for hair color. Karen is a master colorist and hair artist. I would highly recommend Unique Creations Hair and Beauty!

I can not rate this salon high enough. It's been close to 4 years since I've had the courage to walk into a salon (I always get anxiety because of having such thin hair). The second I opened the door, both myself and my friend were made to feel welcome. . . I may have had an apprentice cut my hair but I havent felt that much confidence in my appearance in years as I did when I left today. She did such an amazing job and was soo kind and friendly.Thank you again for everything. I will definitely be returning in the future ☺️
