Before they renew the company Asian United Darwin was good in customer service.Today called for make an order for delivery was the terrible phone call. I don’t be able to ask a question.Please if you have no skills in customer service do not take a phone call. We are paying for the order not to get a shout by. You just make someone happy day become a headache. Thanks

Terrible customer service.They never check order list before send, then complain to the customer.What a professional.I don't know the staff's name who's calling to me today.Because he just hangs out in the middle of conversation.If you guys want to fix this problem, please make him call to me again.

There is no room for semi trailers to back onto the docks..as the little body trucks and contractors park in the way..very hectic for me..
