Went in for a proper massage, after 5 minutes of a reasonable massage, I was asked to flip over and pay more money for extra" services.. I didn't know this place was just a full service shop!. The girl was extremely angry that I didn't want IT... This place isn't a massage shop!.."

Won't go to a Unatural franchise. We all know what happened on Beaufort St.... Covid revealed the real nature of the business and the extras they offered. Choose a real Remedial Therapy Clinic with HICAPS such as Vic Park Sports Massage, 5 Star professional service.

Please note: I've only used the massage services and this review is only about the massage services. This is a very pleasant facility and the staff are friendly and attentive. Pricing is fair in my opinion. I've tried multiple styles of massage here and personally find remedial works best for me to relieve tension/knots. I do find that the massages always follow a set pattern, even when I specify an area I'd like more work done to, which is a little disappointing, however I know this is a time management technique.

I have had wonderful massages in this relaxing spa! The therapist Yali is exceptional, she mixes various techniques of massage from the Far East from India to Thailand and you are really changed when you step out. Extremely professional. The spa is very clean and people very kind. Thank you

This review is about a place, not massage. Imagine to make a booking, take your girlfriend and show up on time just to hear: “sorry, I made mistake”. No massage for you guys, here is a voucher but you have four days to come back. “Would you like to make another booking for tomorrow?” :-)Poor english, poor booking management, nothing but disappointment.

The receptionist didn't speak English and couldn't understand my request. After a while they made me speak into a Chinese phone translator and even then couldn't understand. I walked out immediately without purchase and very unsatisfied. If basic communication isn't seen to I doubt their services are any better.

Wonderful service, love the atmosphere here. The ladies really put themselves into it! Plus I always like being able to take a quick shower afterwards.Have been a few more times, and can confirm Mica works absolute wonders, she's a real gem!

Disgusting customer service . Called to make a booking was told to just come in . Arrived to be told by a half dressed woman in poor English “all busy now sorry” and literally walks away back to the room with no care . Recommend going somewhere else for your massage .
