I sought Jackie's help for a aching, clicking hip about 12 months ago. My right hip had been getting more and more painful due to a torn bursa over a period of about 5 years. During this time I saw 3 physiotherapists at my GP's suggestion. I tried various exercises. The pain worsened to waking me up several times per night with more frequent painful clicking. Each physio told me the previous exercises were wrong and to do theirs. My GP and a referred specialist said when the pain gets too bad I can have a hip replacement.After a chance meeting I arranged to have treatment with Jackie.Jackie was very efficient and understanding. She listened carefully to my problem and devised the treatment plan. I had 3 (what I thought to be very unusual ) Bowen treatments. After the 3rd treatment I had no pain or clicking in my hip and my hip is still pain free 12 months later. I would recommend Jackie and Bowen therapy for injuries similar to mine.

I work on a short-term job every year that involves long, tense hours at the computer and so I often get neck strain/whiplash during the contract. Each year I try all types of remedies, from massage to acupuncture, etc. They only ever work temporarily, with the pain back the next day. Jacqui gave me bowen treatment and the pain was gone overnight. My neck and shoulders felt loose again. I couldn't believe the impact of what felt like such gentle treatment! I saw her again for preventative treatment to get me through my 10 hour drive home, and for the first time arrived home without the usual intensity of pain.
