Kmart Miranda

This shop is not 24/7 like the one in Sylvania and parking can be a bid of a struggle in Miranda. However if you visit after 6pm when other shops are closed there is plenty of parking available. Not sure why the check out is now located in the centre of the shop instead of by the exit, I still find this rather confusing.

Unfortunately not great variety of clothes and having the checkout in the middle of the store with mostly self serve is very annoying.

Very unhelpful staff, needs retraining on basic customer serviceI asked for a price check at the self checkouts and a blonde middle aged lady named Alison came to take a lookShe said you have to check the ticket " and just deleted the item

Big and spacious, large variety of goods, clean ,well staffed , free 3hour parking, excellent location inside the lovely Miranda Westfield.Park on Kmart level 3A if possible, dedicated parking spaces reserved for seniors & parents woth prams. Also easy access to the escalator from the rooftop parking areas.To avoid the crowds, visit after 7pm in the evenings.

I work in the centre full time & every time i go into this store ALL team members are so task focused & can't even say hi or acknowledge customers. I'm here now have been for 20mins walking around, I've seen i ppl working & not one has greeted me. Poor effort.

The most rude, unhelpful staff of any Kmart I’ve been into. I actively tell people to avoid this store if you can

Despite not finding what I was looking for, I still had a five star experience thanks to one of your employees who was genuinely friendly and was more than willing to help. A breath of fresh air compared to some employees who go to help" look for an item only to be forever gone

Products did not correspond with prices.Took product home and it didnt work exchanged and second product didnt work.Not a happy chappy

I just want to say a big thanks to Ruth in the photo section she was so helpful today and went above and beyond to find my lost photos you have a big heart and I thank you so much.

Such a bad customer experience. I used my back to school vouchers at different times at this store and each time they were keep telling me that what I have chosen( children's underwear, socks etc) were not accepted to those vouchers. I had to insist in order to make them check, they were upset and every time the manager was arriving he already knew before checking that products like these are included as back to school products. So if I haven't insisted I would have to pay for something government says I don't!!! In times where all the prices are going up but not our salaries just be mindful and respectful and do your job properly. Or at least if you do not know how ask before you say No.
