Horrible service this time with yellow hair staff in grey&white dress. She barely even uses scissors.Usually ask for Sophia and Laura‘s service, they are good with high skills but today’s experience is sooooooo bad.

Been going here a while, pretty average haircuts which I'm ok with as it's inexpensive. But I just walked out the place with a shocker of a cut. Tried to get her to fix it before i left, still couldnt save it.Won't be back.

This was my third visit and evertime they want to do what they want I have referred pictures to do exactly same hair cut and trust me it not even close to that was not happy for my 3 years old i asked her for nice haircut she got curly hair and the lady cut the edges and charged $30 nad dint even set the, and they keep on taking in their own language it feels like they are calling madToday I was very disappointed I wanted to have concave hair cut and showed her pic the lady first said yes yes after doing the half haircut she said I can't cut concave and did what she want it looks like a simple cut when I can do at home later she dried my hair all frizzy and said done I asked are you not going to straight them she said it will be extra so horrible service
