Nov 2 I had an appointment at 2:00 pm with Bradley. First time appointment. I showed up to a closed door. Knocked for a few minutes, called the number. Someone answered and said they'd get through to Bradley for me. I waited 5 more minutes in front of a closed door like a dog. Called again, the man said they couldn't get a hold of him. I left.To this day I have never heard from them again. No apology, no missed calls, no voicemail.I did not enjoy this experience. I prepared to see the psychologist, I left the house, I traveled to their office and then I was stood up by Bradley.
