Go here if you want to be ripped off. Got $64 worth of fuel, I was asked if I wanted a receipt, said no. The operator continued to hit the Amex button that added another $2 fee to the eftpos terminal. Check the total before tapping your card. The operators need more training or are they just ripping people off on purpose?

Ordered a toasted sandwichWas told 7minute wait. 14 minutes later I asked if she’d forgotten.Reply was no she’s out there making.20 minutes later the kitchen lady came out and said she had 5 hamburgers to make then my sandwich.Not another person was in the shop.I complained they had said 7 minutesShe said I’ve only got a small sandwich maker sorryThere was no one else waiting for food in the shop the whole time I was there.She couldn’t care less I’d been there waiting was rude and condescendingI asked for my money back she saidHave a wonderful day when you really knew what she wanted to sayTerrible service, horrible staff just nasty.Have used this servo several times never before have I had such an experienceWill never use it again unless I needed to throw up somewhere and then I’ll wish her a wonderful day cleaning it up.I own my own business and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated

If giving zero was an option that would be my first choice rang up to make sure they had what I was after in which hasn't been in stock yeah yeah they say come on in.so decided to order some fresh fast food but was given the old stale stuff! This is first class highway robbery at its finest!do not recommend over priced understaffed and generally just rude!

An old service station revamped into Ampol. Well stocked in the shop area and cooking food smelt good.

If they advertise as a foodary then you would have seating for customers. Apparently not these amateurs. If your going to sell coffee then have a machine that works.Apparently not these amateurs. If you're going to have a sink in the truckie area then at least have it fully finished and not open with open pipes visible. Apparently not these amateurs. HJ's or Maccas...anyone but this crew.
