Dr Aarthi takes the utmost care to assist people with their budget, and listened to what I wanted. Personally, I wanted natural results and I cannot begin to thank her for the treatments I have received. Her botox is natural looking, facials are luxurious and all at an extremely reasonable rate compared to other salons.At 49 my skin is looking better than it has for years, and my confidence has grown tremendously, it just has put a pep in my step again and everyone deserves to feel their best. I promise you will not regret visiting her clinic which is professional and a joy to visit!The boost that this doctor has given me cannot be expressed in a google review, honestly DO YOURSELF a massive favour and make it an experience that leaves you feeling amazing. Dr Aarthi made my experience very unique and the best I have had with any injectable clinician. Customer service is everything and from my first encounter with the staff making my initial booking I was delighted with the service. Nothing was a problem and I was made to feel like I had been a client there forever. Dr Aarthi greeted me with her beautiful smile and warm personality which for anyone presenting to have these treatments for the first time is a lovely way to start. Being a Beauty therapist and Registered nurse I know the importance of quality and thorough consultations to extract important information. The consultation was top notch. The description of the treatment was extremely thorough and the injections were so gently done I could of fallen asleep. In summary if you want the best quality treatments in Melbourne from a not only a doctor with a warm personality but with the skill set to boot then this is the place to come. I have 16 years of experience in the industry and have seen a lot of work but Dr Aarthi is second to none.

Dr Aarthi is incredible. She has really helped me and my partner with our skin concerns. We first had an initial consultation to analyse the issue. She then recommended following a skin care routine from Medik8 products. The products are all cruelty free and vegan. We have received exceptional service and seen the best results from microdermabrasion and dermaplaning treatments. Absolutely recommend BMA for all your skin concerns!
