Great source of support and assistance pre and post birth, and on-going. A lot of resources offered, most for free as well. Clean premises and great covid practices in place.

I have been to this place three times about doing development checks for my baby girl. I don't quite like the service provided by the Asian MACH nurse I met in the first and third visit (sorry I didn’t pick up her name). She is not very professional. After we place our baby on the table, she cried hard for minutes. I would like to give her a cuddle and pat to calm her down, the nurse refused my request and told me baby crying is fairly normal, and she just wanted to finish everything ASAP. I don’t like the way she handled this, and this has happened twice in my visits. It makes me feel she is impatient and rush everything, and she indeed finished checks very quickly, not sure if she went over everything. Also I prepared a question list, almost all the answers I got from her were ‘ask your GP’ so that I find no point in wasting my time here. Her attitude to us was OK but I personally don’t think she is professional enough in handling crying baby particularly.However other staff here are quite nice :) and I like the nurse I met in my second visit.

Really great set up, nice outdoor and indoor spaces. The MACH nurse consult rooms were an amazing size and laid out really well. Was really surprised with the age of the building. They've obviously put a lot of thought into how to make these spaces welcoming. The staff are amazing. We're lucky to have access to such services in Canberra, and not have to pay anything. Only problem would be it's distance to parking, which is a problem in winter. But it's right next to the bus interchange and tram, so getting in by public transport would be perfect.

I went in one time and apparently they don't sell Vanilla Pepsi Max which is a shame because I really would have enjoyed some Vanilla Pepsi Max but now instead I go to Woolies for some Vanilla Pepsi Max or sometimes Coles for some Vanilla Pepsi Max thanks

Very friendly staff and supportive too. One stop shop for all parents new to Canberra. They will point you in the right direction if they're unable to help.
