Friendly staff and a great range of products

Woolworths Coomera West is a great place to shop they have instore bakery fresh delicatessen with freshly slices meats, cheeses & salads, freshly cooked hot BBQ Chickens and the grocery part of the store is big & the woolworths staff in this store are very friendly helpful especially in the self serve check out area. They also provide personal customer service to help you take your shopping back to your car and pack your groceries into your car please if you want this extra service just ask a friendly checkout operator or ask at the service counter.

The staff are lovely however really need to be trained on how to pack bags example put the cold things in the cold bags. The last 3 times i jave been here my cold things have been put in the normal bags and boxed items in the cold bags. Also hardly ever full shelves

My favourite local supermarket great selection great pricing on cigarettes. And underground parking available.

You need to clean the baby trollys was very disaponted to see cobwebs and dirt all over the baby seat holding my new born and having to clean it down was not what i was expecting. Never encountered this at any supermarket.

Always enjoy positive experience here. Shelves clean & full. Staff helpful. Never wait long to be served.

I called three(3) local Woolworths stores, six(6) times Sunday afternoon, and it rung out.. I was disappointed with Woolworths.. initially.Then finally, Grace answerd and was nothing but lovely and helpful, she checked to see if they had the item for rent in stock, and went so far as to support and back Woolies, by saying Sundays are their bussiest days, and reassured me they aren't ignoring my calls, 30mins prior to close. I made my way in, to be greated by this lovely young girl, with a smile and great service. She obviously cares for her place of work, and showed genuine care toward agitated customers, with patients and genuine quality service.

Purchased bread(usually fresh baked) but it wasn't today. At the checkout the machine failed to take the 50dollar note and we waited 20 min. For the supervisor to reset the machine. I will not buy their bread or other products for a while.

Checkout at 16/12 @16.47 by your staff (shoulder length hair, was wearing green Christmas shirt with Christmas hat on) at the fast check out counter next to the number 1 counter. I had a reusable bag which i use to put all Woolworth items but I quickly unpacked and put it to the place where staff puck customer grocery, that was just after she scan 2-3 of items (I had 11 items all together) . However she just put all my stuff at the side let me putting all in by myself. There is at least one customer waiting at behind me which put pressure on me to pack my grocery as quick as possible and I have a young kid with me. She would rather chat with her colleagues than helping to get all the grocery in my bag. First time saw her here, I usually shop here. I won't be hesitate to write down her name if I would have noticed her name tag, and it wasn't in the receipt either. To be fair for her, she was 'helpful ' by asking me to go to the fast checkout while I was waiting at counter 1 ( only one customer's grocery at counter 1 in front of me already getting scan) . But I would rather wait than served by her.
