I went to got massage last week , Thai women therapist massage me full body massage but she don't know how to massage don't know sore spot and pressure is very bad

Caboolture Pure Indulgence is my go-to place for some well deserved relaxation. I just moved down from Yeppoon for work and one of the first things I wanted to do was find a great massage place, that was two years and I keep coming back to this same store.I have read some of the mixed reviews on here and I am surprised to see either a perfect 5* of a flat 1*I find the Pure Indulgence staff are very friendly and welcoming and are great at giving an authentic massage. I’ve been with most of the massage therapist here and like all places I’ve found my favourite and I call up and ask if they are working today. I am a regular here and normally the massage is great!Today I had a lady that I've never had before and she spent most of the time on her phone with one hand softly prodding my neck on the same spot. Was supposed to be head neck and shoulder and she spent a grand total of 30 seconds on my head. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money!!!!! I dont think it's ok to be on your phone during a massage I would have paid half price if I knew she was going to use one hand 95% of the time!!!
