Best 'fast food' money can buy. Consistently beautiful food and service. Normally take home as in-store is a bit too open for my liking. Loads of customization and flavors to experiment with that it never gets dull.

Not sure what's happened lately, understaffed? Undertrained? But last 3 meals have been not great. Paying for extras means you want EXTRA. Not a teaspoon worth. Gristly lumps of not much meat. Beans reduction is noticeable. Quality has slipped. Queso was delicious as always tho! Hope you find your groove again soon xx

I am so frustrated with their service. This has happened second time. I ordered a take away of veggie mini bowl and there was NO guacamole and cheese!! I believe they do this purposely for the take away orders. Unfortunately, there is no other GYG store in Rocky!

Absolutely delicious, lots of options to build the meal which made it easy for my kids to exclude the bits the didn’t want and we all really enjoyed our meals. Mine had a good spice kick. Cheers

Noticed my review for my terrible experience had gone missing again. The young girl at the counter was quiet arrogant right from the start and was rude throughoht the whole transaction, sighing and the like.. When i tried to ring later, I got ger on the phone and asked to speak to manager, she claimed she was shift manager and said she remembered the transactions and said I was rude to her...and refused to let me speak to owner..Very rude, arrogant and will never ever return again..Word of mouth is a big thing in todays society, thought such a large company would be a bit more professional, I guess not..
