Just purchased another item at the Nowra store and had the best service from Ash. I highly recommend their appliances and her friendly advice and professional costumer service is very appropriated.

What an awful place!They were nice when I bought the vacuum cleaner. I brought back it a few months after purchase because it would regularly clog where the hose joined. The man refused to do anything about it. He crossed his arms like an intimidating nightclub bouncer and was an utter bully.Avoid Godfreys Nowra.------Update-----Thanks Godfreys Team for the response. There seemed to be something in the hose junction causing a bottleneck that things became caught in. The man told me not to vacuum up anything except larger than dust, so grit and small twigs and leaves blown in near the door needed to be picked up by hand. I did not have a problem with the old vacuum cleaner and, after this meeting, I chose instead to buy an Aldi vacuum cleaner and it works well.Please provide feedback to the Nowra store manager.

The girls at Godfrey’s South Nowra were really helpful and even went to the trouble of pulling the vacuum cleaner apart and showing me how to maintain longevity and replace/clean filters properly. I’m hoping to get at least 5 years out of this vacuum :)

A vacuum that I bought less than a year ago has been used three times and has been back to the shop twice, last week because the cord keeps retracting back to the outlet. I was told 'you'll have to wait about three weeks, our repair people are moving'. I said I was less than happy with that and the woman replied, 'well aren't you lucky you only paid $100 for it'. Wow. The one star they have been rated seems generous.

My Wife and I were in on Friday the 15th of July and had amazing Customer service from Ashleigh (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly)Nothing was too much of a hassle and Ashleigh took all the time she could to ensure we were looked after and got the information we needed, even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and were there just after 5:30pmWe purchased a new Vacuum and couldn't be happy with the product and service we received. On the back of this purchase we returned on Monday and bought a steam mop. We don't remember the gentleman's name who served us but he was equally as informative and helpful.We would definitely recommend this store and team to my friends, family and anyone else that will listen.
