Gormans Florist Woden

Got this big flower box for my anniversary. Beautiful and artistically arranged. Worthy nothing is their delivery staff care about the flowers. The flower box was placed at a safe location so not destroyed by scorching sun, not like deliveries from some other flower shops that were just thrown at your garage gate.

Ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday and she's happy! The flowers are beautiful and of high quality. Been told by friend to give the florist a good review.

Update: upgrading my review. Following up original post below I clarified there was a dispute between Gormans and Petals Network about who took responsibility for my order. Rather than leaving me in the lurch, Gormans very kindly went out of their way to make a delivery the day after Mother's Day. 5 stars for their customer service in this instance which was much appreciated, but -1 star because both they and Petals Network blamed each other plus the original upset and inconvenience. Would order from them again but you should call, do not order online.---Original review:I ordered Mother's Day flowers three weeks in advance to a Kambah address. It's 6pm, nothing has arrived, no one is picking up the phone. I'm gutted that my beautiful mum is left disappointed.

This is a wonderful florist, the staff were so helpful and kind. The bouquet of flowers I placed an order for looked absolutely stunning. The communication from owner was also really good and informative.

They're really good at designing some stunning flower boxes. I have ordered several times and Lisa never disappointed me.Very easy going and good service. Highly recommend!

Had flowers made for my uncles funeral. Not what was portrayed online. She struggled with making the arrangement and i had to tell her what to do via text and over the phone..i had advised her yesterday afternoon that my uncles service was today at 5. She contacts me at 3:30 with a photo of what I got for $300. Had I known that this florist is incompetent/incapable of making large flower arrangements I wouldve went somewhere else.Better flower arrangements at coles and at 1/5 of the costResponse to owner (30/1/23): Unfortunately I had to repost my first warning to consumers as you reported my first review. I wonder how many other reviews you have falsely reported. I will post photos with proof that I regretfully bought flowers from your shop. Very wrong. Instead of reporting reviews - improve your products and services and update your website so your not falsely advertising your goods.Response to owner (1/2/23): Proof of purchase is posted as well as the product you tried to give me as well as the final product after I guided you on how to construct a floral arrangement. As you know, I cannot post a photo with your number as that will be grounds for privacy breach so you would then be able to report this review so it will be taken down.Please note, there was another florist who I purchased wreaths from for the same funeral and I was satisfied with their product even though they were more costly. I was happy with them as they provided what was on their website and I didnt have to instruct them on how to create a floral display. The last thing anyone wants to do during a sad milestone like a funeral is to have to spend hours doing walk through with any service provider especially when there is so much happening and little time to spare.

So happy and glad I chose this florist for my wedding!! Every arrangement was perfect and they even helped with framing my bouquet. A joy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making beautiful memories for us!

The dry flowers in the small bottles are gorgeous. The girl in the shop was very friendly.
