Pilates at Vibe Pilates Studio, Bowen Hills - I LOVE IT!I have suffered with a knee injury for a good year. After attending classes for several weeks my body is finally coming back to life. The reformer exercises have helped my knee to heal and the leg muscles are much stronger. Most days, I now walk without a painful limp and it feels great. The instructors are patient and kind. The studio is always clean and calming. The exercises feel fabulous and the music rocks.Most importantly...IT'S SO MUCH FUN!

I have been a regular at exercising, but I lost the zest to continue.Upon joining Vibe Pilates, Victoria Point with the friendly atmosphere, I feel the enthusiasm has returned.Thank you to Aime and the team for listening and understanding my needs.

This was my first time trying pilates and now I am absolutely hooked! All the trainers at Vibe Pilates are very welcoming, approachable, and skilled at what they do. I always leave each pilates class not only feeling like I've worked my muslces well (even muscles I didn't know I had), but I also leave the sessions feeling much more relaxed and calm. I have been doing pilates now for a couple of weeks, and I've already noticed I am getting leaner, more toned, more flexible and more mobile. I also love that a wide variety of people come to the classes, as all exercises can be tailored to any fitness level! I can honestly say that I am always excited to go to a Vibe Pilates class! Would highly recommend!

Vibe Pilates is a warm and welcoming, non competitive but motivating space for those wanting to improve their overall health and well-being. The space is intimate with not too many machines allowing the knowledgeable Instructors the opportunity to tailor the program specifically to your individual needs. I highly recommend Aime and her team.

Aime and the crew at Vibe have created a wonderful studio, with heaps of classes and friendly, knowledgeable instructors. I thought I would feel out of place as a newbie to Pilates but they made me feel right at home. I thoroughly recommend Vibe Pilates if you’re looking for a Pilates studio!
