Did a great job getting bore water stains off an 11 year old Forester.

They do a good job but it is way overpriced.We are regular customers here and each time we come it seems the price keep going up. For our BMW 3 series it cost $80 just to was the outside! I could get the same thing done maybe even better for $30-$50.The staff are kind and I can see they do a good job on the car but the price is a joke. I would definitely come back again if they charged something like 50$ for both a standard outside wash. $80 should be getting me both the outside and inside.If they fixed the price I would be more inclined to come again.

Sent my Audi A8 for a exterior/interior clean, wheel wash, steam clean leather seats. They did a good job and delivered on time. Satisfactory but a bit pricey compared to others. My grouse is with the parking charges by CQ... if the job takes longer than 3 hours, you’re in for ridiculous parking charges!

Damage done from the Silver Sponge clean cost me $750....I put in my very dirty landcruiser from a trip up north and asked for a full detail. It was $50 higher than their advertised price, which I thought was reasonable enough given it was so dirty - so $350. However, whilst the cleaning quality was pretty good, they clearly did not take care of the car during the wash. One hour after leaving, multiple engine warning lights came over and four hours later, my snorkel head came off whilst driving.The engine warning lights were a result of getting water into the electricals (noting - this is in a car built to go underwater!!). This caused me to need the RAC, get a tow off the freeway and get the RAC man to dry the electricals with his air compressor. My cruise control also failed for a day due to the water.The snorkel head was a genuine toyota part and came off whilst driving in a straight line on a smooth road within four hours of the clean. The car had not been touched by since the clean - I simply drove to my home in the country.I tried to contact silver sponge using their contact form, but no response more than 10 days after submitting the complaint.In all, the damage done from the clean cost me $298 in a RAC membership and tow off the freeway due to the water in the electricals, plus $450 in a replacement for the toyota snorkel head (genuine part). it definitely wasn't a $1,000 clean.I'll never use them again because they do not take care of your car.

Expensive way to wash a car! Esp when you ask them to specifically clean the insides of the windows, then they don’t! Standing there waiting for them to re-clean the windows was not the convenient service you’d hope for. Not great for the price they charge.

“ so over priced for the quality they deliver”I paid about $300 for a complete detailing for one of our cars. The job was really poor. I felt so frustrated I took the car back and complained. They were unable to see their own mistakes and I had to go over each element and they made me feel bad. Today i took our other car, same size but much dirtier to IMPECCABLE CAR DETAILING in Subiaco. The service and end result were fabulous. Ten minutes down the road and same price!

We had a $100 voucher we had been gifted specifically to use this particular car wash.My wife took in our large SUV, asked if we could use the voucher, was told yes and priced to get it cleaned (for more than $100).When completed they claimed the voucher needed to be redeemed at their Booragoon wash. My wife pointed out that wasn’t mentioned on the voucher.They then pretended to scan the voucher, then said they didn’t work and would have to be redeemed elsewhere. My wife was running short of time for another appointment so while frustrated just paid in full and left.

So SO rude. The gentleman was short and dismissive from the moment I parked. I respect that they may have been busy, however for a business that prides themselves on customer service, such was not received. I asked if an hourish would work (fully aware it may be a tight squeeze) and he walked away from me mid response. I left feeling embarrassed, and quit upset. CQ is my local shopping centre and I have used this service before, as has my family. However, I am inclined to start using another service. For the price you pay you would expect a respectful greeting at minimum. Very disappointed.
