Everything is good. Except customer service. I need to wait almost 1 hour until 8:40 pm while 2 group of 4 people after me had table at 7:45 pm. I already talked with the manager but she didn’t say sorry or anything else. Even I come earlier, I also can’t have table just because I have only 2 people and they prefer 4 people so they treat me like that. This is unacceptable. Sorry but I wont come again even your food is good but your customer service is really bad like that. Tks.Hi there, I can’t reply your comment so I just add more in my review. At that time, she also asked another staff and he analysed for her what happened already. I hope u can improve your service.

This is the third time I have gone there in 6 weeks. Love the food. The flavours are amazing and explodes in your mouth.The cucumber salad and the kelp salad it's a good palette cleanser after having a lot of cumin and spice flavoured skewers..Peak hour can be a little bit of a long wait but if you like this type of food, it is worth waiting.

The skewers are average. I love the chicken skin, a bit crispy and not very oily. The eggplant is good but don’t worth the money as it’s feels like grill garlic than eggplant. Honestly, all the skewers taste the same way as they use the same seasoning…A very busy shop, so recommend to come earlier when they open. We spend $130 for 2 person but can’t finish it so we take it home.But feel thirsty when I back home, maybe too salty?

Pretty good Chinese Skewer BBQ in Eastwood. Have lots of choices and the taste are great. They have mini stove that heat up the food pretty well. Some of it was quite spicy yet tasty. Will be back for sure.

Great food and atmosphere. Order via QR code. We have been here a few times and love the food. The flavours are great. We love the spicy sauce the most. This place can get quite busy and usually has a lot of people waiting outside. There's a 90 min limit for each table currently.

Best thing about this place that does the BBQ skewered is the fact that the staff will cook it all for you behind the back and simply serve them to you already cooked and ready to be consumed.You get on your table these ready with little candle lights underneath to keep the skewers a bit warm. So you can just enjoy your company without worrying about cooking the skewers yourself.The only caveat to this place is that you must book in advance as it is usually always full. Best to book in advance to secure a table in advance.The other downside is that all tables have only 90minutes to eat altogether as they are looking to flip the tables asap. So it’s not a place you can simply take your time and order drinks and take your time.Within your allotted 90minutes you’ll be able to place two batches of order. There’s the initial order and then they’ll usually remind you when you have around 40 minutes left that this is your last chance to order. Once the clock hits around 1 hour and 10 minutes the staff might come by rudely to start packing up away plates etc.But even so, the tastes of the skewers still makes this a nice 5/5 place for dining. Just don’t expect to sit there for long.
