I went along to an open mat here to check the gym out, was super impressed with the quality! The gym seems predominantly set up for MMA, but also great for just grappling/BJJ or just striking if that's your thing. The head coach Sam has great knowledge of MMA and boxing.The gym is tucked away at the back of a little business estate with plenty of parking.

Amazing gym. World class training sessions and lucky that it's only half an hour from me. Beginners are looked after great. I leave always learnt something new and unique.Come and try a class, you won't be disappointed.
