Air Liquide Healthcare CPAP Clinic
I cannot recommend Air Liquide Canberra highly enough. I have gone back to trying to manage CPAP therapy after nearly 10 years and thanks to the help of Taylaar staff in the Canberra Office I have been very successful. They couldn't have been more obliging - assisting with trialling different masks, so that I was able to purchase a new one with confidence as well as a new CPAP machine. Taylaar is friendly, relaxed, helpful and patient! A real gem!

This was a very tough and emotional experience for me in setting up and getting used to the equipment. Diana was exceptional and so very patient every time I went back in to change masks to 'find the right fit'.While this has not proven to be the desired treatment for me, I would highly recommend Air Liquide and Diana to help you.

A huge thumbs up for Diana for assisting me with hiring, then buying a CPAP machine. Her professional and caring approach to which was the right machine for me was exceptional. She is passionate and has the knowledge in the equipment to guide everyone in the right product for them. I would recommend Air Liquide to others.

I paid for my mask at the time via visa. They sold me the mask as a price match to CPAP Australia and now they want me to pay the difference, plus rental. I now continually receive letters of demand for non payment and now today they are sending me to the debt collectors. I have been into the office at Deakin x2 and they say I do not owe anything, I also have rung the collections team in Melb and they say they will sort it out. I will not be dealing with this company ever again. I will continue to ring and go into Deakin to sort it out until it gets sorted.

I came down to Canberra for the weekend on a short break, and unfortunately while I packed my CPAP machine for the trip I had forgotten the adapter! I visited the Air Liquide office looking to buy a replacement, and Diana was kind enough to lend me a spare adapter she had, and she arranged for me to return the adapter to a Sydney store!Diana has saved my trip! Awesome!

The worst run healthcare office in Canberra. And the ONLY provider in Canberra to Veterans of CPAP machines for sleep apnea. A captive market, no competition, and managed for the convenience of staff and total disinterest in clients. But there's a new guy working part-time and he's terrific. Deal with him.

Not exactly confidence inspiring: email address on the referral form doesn't work. The clinic prefers referrals to be faxed - hope thier sleep diagnosis technology is a little more modern...

Absolutely love using my CPAP machine. In a week I was reaking the benefits of a good solid sleep without feeling tired the next morning. Have had a CPAP machine for 11 months and the quality of my sleep has only become better.Great service from Air Liquide Canberra, especially when I first got my trial machine, which allowed me to try out as many masks as I wanted to see which one best suited me (all included in the trial price).
