We were so disappointed with our mega" hot dogs from Wendy's. I remember them being cooked fresh and liberally loaded with toppings. The entire thing was microwaved

Normally I like going to Wendy’s, but this one wasn’t a great experience at all. The old guy there was incredibly arrogant and rude. He was really pushy with our order and even then when we did decide he didn’t listen… Had to repeat ourselves multiple times to get what we wanted and he seemed to be in a rush. The funniest part is that after rushing us through the order process he was so slow in making things it was a joke. Then after he managed to make us our order it was sub par at best. The hot dog bun wasn’t even prepared properly so it was 30% just bun at the end. The milkshake was also not blended so it had chunks of syrup through it so yeah terrible customer service and terrible food. Also they don’t use gloves in food prep.

We are regular customers at our local Wendy’s. Always greeted with a smile by the happy friendly staff. Love the food, love the service, love the wonderful staff.Even so ever helpful when my child dropped her milkshake all over the ground. It was no trouble for them to clean it up and even replace her milkshake for nothing.

Today at your store, I witnessed something that was quite unsettling. I observed two of your middle aged staff treating another older staff member in a very inappropriate manner. This foul behaviour towards another staff member was disgusting, resulting in the older staff member bursting out in tears. These two belligerent bullies should be pulled aside and told to find a job elsewhere. I refuse to order anything again from your store as long as these they are working there. The two of these staff members are definitely not the type of people I’d want to represent my company. Hopefully you read this and take immediate action…thanks

I've had nothing but a great experience from wendys. They are always quick to serve even when they are super busy. It is one of the busiest take away places in gateway plaza and I think they do a great job getting through the customers. Looking at the reviews of recent I believe people need to show a bit of respect compassion. They have been at our disposal though the whole of covid and they still serve you with a smile. One day they won't be there and you'll be winging that there is no wendys. Be patient people they are a great team.Thanks wendys. I love my banana smoothies.

Always a lovely experience with these guys. They are efficient and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and how are you going today. Our kids love the freshly cooked doughnuts which are always a special treat. Really enjoy supporting our locals and their businesses.

Wendy's is one of the most organised, efficient and cleanest take away food business in the plaza. The staff are friendly, attentive and quick. Food is fresh and tasty. Hygiene, service and food is over all 10/10 for me. There is always a queue there so other people think so too.
