Ok, so O'Brien's went from a 2 to a 4 rating due to them following though with us and really committing to getting our car done. We originally booked in for an at home job but 24 hours before they cancelled. We rebooked a week later at their site. Turned up,dropped car. 1 hour later they called. Cancelled again and we had to return and pick up car. After a few called the person tried really hard to get a solution. Ended up coming to our house around 4 days later and we now have a new windscreen. Wasn't wrapped with the original situation but they sorted it out. So thanks.

Spectacular Service - right from the first phone call - I needed a new Windscreen ASAP - it took less than 10 minutes on the phone to to get an insurance claim managed and get booked in for a replacement Windscreen. The Team at Geelong were fantastic - started on time, finished on time, kept me up to date with progress, vacuumed the car, and they even painted out the stone chip from the stone that cracked the Windscreen. Great Team effort - thank you so much.

I rang 2-3 months ago regarding an insurance claim needing side glass replaced. Soon after I received a phone call saying the glass needed to be ordered in and it would be 2 weeks. Okay, happy to wait. After the 2 weeks I rang to ask about the claim and they said the glass will be 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I rang and they said the job had been cancelled. I said WHAT???!!!! Please reopen the claim as I still have smashed glass that needs to be fixed. At that phone call I asked for someone to ring me regarding why the claim was closed. 2 weeks later, still waiting for a phone call to tell me what's going on and how long the glass will be. Glass was damaged in February. It's now late April and I'm still waiting for the glass.

Tried to call the number twice. After going through the automated phone system for 2min both times the call was ended. I know the Geelong store offer great service, I just cannot get through to them.

Excellent service, dropped the car off the night before due to my work. Picked it up next day after work. Very professional and friendly staff. They went over and above and touched up the damage to my A-Pillar and even sorted the hinge caps on my Canopy. Very Happy, thanks guys.
