Ditto. They turned up on the same day for a dishwasher repair. We paid in full. He said if it didn't work he'd come back. Despite many calls to his answering service, he has never called back, and the dishwasher has never worked.

Rudest, most aggressive customer service I've experienced.Kieron came out to repair our oven, said he'd need to order parts and it should take 10 days. After one month of calling their office trying to get an update we finally get an angry call back from Kieron who tells me he's no longer going to repair our oven. When I asked why he didn't at least tell us he said it's none of your damn business" and told me to go to someone else."

Kieron came out to diagnose the issue and take $180 call out fee but would not come back to complete the repair. I paid $180 for them to tell me my cooktop was broken. Wowee

My Miele rangehood light was broken and needed a new fitting.. My fix was carried out by this company and I couldn’t be happier! The electrician arrived on time and fixed it really quickly and didn’t charge through the roof for it either! I’d definitely use these guys again!

I would recommend Appliance Fix to improve their procedure of handling customer call. It should respond more quickly.Technician side was great. The service was booked very quickly. Nathan came to our home very punctuate and found the issue quite promptly. Although the issue can not be fixed, we were relieved to know where the problem was.

They were able to come out next day although I wasn’t free. Nathan called 20 minutes before he arrived to give me heads up. Was able to help out with my Bosch washing machine. Gave me some options for repair. The call out fee is reasonable too.

Finally Fixed.They were great with communication in regards to waiting on parts etc. once they came out again and the second fault was found.It only took two months to get a follow up response. I used the website to rebook then I finally go a return call. Covid-19 and moving offices were blamed for lack of response.A discount was given for the inconvenience of having to wait so long.[It would be better is they would return my calls, or emails, or sms messages, or just tell me if they are ever going to finish fixing my dishwasher.]

Kieron from Appliance fox came out the same day to look at our washing machine machine. Once he diagnosed the problem he did some fast research to source the right parts to fix it and then was back to fix as soon as the parts arrived. He kept us informed with what was happening and the washing machine has worked perfectly ever since. Would highly recommend.

Similar experience to other reviewers. Easy to get them to come out for an assessment (and take my money for the call out fee) but impossible to book them for the actual repair, technician impossible to contact, would not return my calls or book in to repair dishwasher, multiple calls to the call centre eventuate in nothing. Avoid at all costs.
