Not happy with the communication they made me pay extra charges for invoice I never received. If you try to contact someone more than one time and no response you should try different way not increase the charges to make more money and act like you done your job. Totally disappointed.

Australian Body Corporation (ABC) manages a huge multi-block complex in which I own an investment property. ABC has been managing the whole complex very efficiently and well. When the Owners Corporation of our principal home needed to be replaced, I very highly recommended ABC. ABC has managed our block of residential apartments for several years and have done a great job.Our manager Ra has always been on top of issues arising and handled them very efficiently. Always approachable ABC knows the legal and practical requirements that an OC must attend to, we are responsible but ABC carries out our instructions. ABC offers appropriate advice but it's our decision.AGMs are very efficient with excellent accounts summaries showing where we are at. I would recommend ABC to any OC looking for a competent and engaged manager
