DON'T

Do not use Energy Build (formally Stoddarts), even if they're the cheapest option! It will cost you money in the long run.It has been 4 months since a technician from Energy Build confirmed that there was a warranty issue with my system (broken isolator switch) and they still have not organised a repair. I've been emailing and chasing Energy Build to book in a warranty repair as the system is operating at 50%, so imagine the amount of money I'm loosing through power bills, etc.I have been forced to raise a complaint with the Qld Office of Fair Trade and will have to resort to hiring a solar repair company to Energy Build's job for them. Please note, the solar repair company I engaged are highly rated and have availability next week.Avoid Energy Build like the plague. There are so many other solar suppliers out there.

Greetings!I contacted Energy build to provide a solar install for my home. The process was very streamlined and the work carried out was done to a high quality standard by their subcontractors. Great to deal with , whole process with the team was black and white with work carried out in a timely manor! Will use again in futureThanks

DO NOT USE, they are a complete headache to communicate with and outsource the installation to others who just don't care

Poor service, poor team, solar system bought in September and not getting any benefits as yet, super frustrating and disappointing behaviour, never recommend scam people!
