Price gauging rapid antigen tests. Charged me $80 for 5! Disgusting and unethical practice. Avoid this business.

Terrible service from a pharmacist. Rang to confirm that they had a covid rapid test available and they agreed to set aside one pack for an hour for me to come and get it. When I arrive they tell me they sold it and deny the call ever took place. The pharmacist, the only male worker at the time, says he never received the phone call after I confirmed the right number, that he is only male on duty and that he takes the calls. I also showed him my call history but he continues to deny it ever happened. With so many reputable pharmacists within 2 minutes walk don’t bother using this place. I would have preferred they just said they won’t hold the stock so it’s clear where the responsibility lies. Better than having to deal with unprofessional pharmacists.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD HAVE, BUT ALAS..EXTREMELY RUDE PHARMACIST! REFUSED TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME AND REFUSED TO FILL MY SCRIPTS, EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY HAVE A DISABILITY (WITH CERTIFICATION). WAS TOLD SHE “DID NOT WANT TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE MY DOCTOR WAS IN A DIFFERENT SUBURB - IT WAS A BLOODY TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT!!! DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO THE DISCOUNT CHEMIST IN THE NEXT STREET (ONLINE DISCOUNT PHARMACY). THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!Edit: I have spoken to the owner, Andrew who is a lovely guy, and she will be getting a warning and will be punished!

Cut price pharmacy Bondi junction specialises in mobility items. I was looking for a hernia belt for my dad and could not find it anywhere. They ordered it for me specially and their service is second to non.The owners are the most friendly people I have ever come across. Highly recommend this place, what a friendly atmosphere you walk into.

Selling the rapid test in sandwich locked bags, individually, and then upping the price 100% more than if you purchase them in the box from other pharmacies. Taking advantage of the current climate. Disgusting

DO NOT get passport photos here!If you are thinking to yourself it would be more efficient to get the photos done here so it will be quicker than getting it taken at the post office THINK again!Photos were deemed not unsuitable for passport requirements so had to get them done at the post office anyway. At the post office it was really quick and easy anyway.Don’t listen to the rest of the old reviews. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I can only blame myself for being so stupid to think this place would do something well/legitimate.DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO HERE!
