Went to pay out our loan after four years and was hit with an early pay out fee of $390 despite being told when the loan was set up that there was no early pay out fee after 12 months. When I phoned to query it I was told that dealers tell customers that all the time but it isn’t true. Blatant misleading and deceptive conduct, take your business somewhere else.

Probably the worst decision I've ever made is to take a loan from VWF. Worst website, no app, locks you out of the website without explanation until you call them, only mails out notices about missed payments (an email would suffice), no support email, no after hours service, very high interest rates comparatively. They actively make it difficult to deal with them and really don't want you to leave until they've taken every cent they can. 1/10 would not recommend.

Worst finance experience ever. Our loan was paid up in August. And then it direct debited our account in January again without any further communication. It is a violation of the contract and the customer service was quite terrible.

DO NOT USE Volkswagen Financial Services!! Ask to defer a loan repayment they will initially agree - then call you to threaten you 3 times a week, send you 2 letters a week, charge you fees without any disclosure and worst of all make ‘mandatory’ credit ratings against you without any authority or notice. Worst company and systems.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Been having issues with my new bank account/direct debits and been trying to sort out my payments for over a month now. It’s impossible to get a reply from them on email and the lady on the phone was very rude. Problem was meant to be sorted but never was and I’m still having issues. They were meant to call me back with a follow up call to make sure the issue was resolved (it wasn’t) and they never called me when they said and now I am having to follow up with them again. Very frustrating
