Staff are friendly but not all are overly knowledgeable about the store.Needed an item that we were told wasn't there, we found ourselves in the store within a couple of minutes.

Went there on Monday to buy paint, no service at the back so went up to the front counter asked for help in the paint section said they would send someone down. Waited 35 minutes for help then walked out passed 3 employees talking amongst themselves at the front counter
