Went to Mcleans looking for assistance with a rolling walker. Parking right out front Absolutely impressed with the excellent service and knowledge from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and while I was there I found an excellent range of handrails which they gave me all the info to allow me to decide on the type I need. Absolutely top rate store. Highly recommended

Rang Ann and purchased item needed over phone. Ann organised courier to deliver with my expectation that it would be delivered following day but 4 hours later courier dropped it off. 5 stars for great service. I live at George Town.

Knew I would be longer than the quarter of hour parking out the front. Do not think that time is sufficient especially as most customers would perhaps be disadvantaged. Needs some disabled parking handy. BUT the SERVICE here is superb. Nothing was a problem and staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. And a decent range of items were available. I even got to see the safari version of electric wheelchair which was farmbound. Green eyed monster got me. Thinking that when the legs get worse and I can no longer drive - trade in my car for the SUV wheelchair rather than a scooter.Thanks staff for the pleasant experience

Buyer beware bought a manual wheelchair from here and the tyres kept going flat so I called and they sent the technician to fix it her removed tubes (wrong size ) from the tyres and proceeded to say “there is no way they came from the factory like this “ basically accusing me of altering the product which I certainly did not do also bought a CUSTOM made chairFeom here the measurements where wrongAnd it is not custom to me at all also arrived with a large scratch on it which the technician tried to hide less than impressed with the service buyer beware !!!I
