SIBELLA Hair Extensions

BEWARE!!!! Unqualified and unprofessional. The owner of this business is disgusting and has very poor behaviour. She likes to open her shop at her own timing, be non-responsive when you’ve told her about the issues with her services and then refuses to rectify the problem. She is only worried about money and not her clients. She purchases fake hair and products and misleads the clients just to spend more money. I am now dealing with NSW fair trading as a result of her unprofessional behaviour. Your hair will be completely ruined if you go here. Be careful.

Obsessed! Have gone to Sibel for a few times now and I’m absolutely obsessed! The hair quality is 10/10, service is always quick and easy. Always a great time in the salon. Could not recommend highly enough ❤️

!I’ve gone through tons of different hair dresses for my tape extensions and these are by far my favourite. Received the best colour match from Sibella. The extensions are really different from anything i used and blends perfectly. I love them.Looks and feels so natural.The texture is amazing and the length is perfect! Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough to give this place and Sibel. I’ve been a returning customer for years and she has never failed to make my hair perfect. The service is always immaculate and I leave feeling 10x better than when I walked in. I recommend this place 1000% and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair extensions ever.

Sibel is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met! The quality of not only the hair extensions and products she provides, but her service is pure perfection. She knows exactly what she is doing and talking about, making me trust her with my hair easily. I am a regular customer and i am more than happy with the results I have with my hair, the quality is amazing and I am looking forward to more transformations ahead! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a genuine professional job done as well as a true hair miracle. :)

I highly recommend Sibella! I had a very bad experience getting hair extensions many years ago at another place.I have been wanting to get them again but was so nervous it would turn out like last time. A friend recommended Sibella and I’m so glad she did. From the moment I walked in she was caring, friendly and listened to my concerns. She gave me the best advice on colour, how much to get and how to care for them etc.I went from being so stressed and nervous to excited and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. I will only be going back to her from now on!

I won’t go anywhere else! Sibella is so beautiful and her work is flawless! Being a hairdresser for 17 years, I am very fussy and don’t let many people touch my hair. The quality of her hair extensions is amazing with no fall out like other brands. The salon and whole experience is so much fun - from booking, to the music, to picking out the colour and style, to the laughs and conversations. I count down to my appointments every few months. I highly recommend Sibella

prior to washing. They were dry, and ratty and felt like how extensions are supposed to feel after about a year. They started all falling out after about a week. I’m appalled. When I sent an email complaining, she tried to blame me for these things happening but even IF by chance it was my fault for which shampoo and conditioner I was using, there’s NO way that even the nastiest shampoo and conditioner on the planet would cause THAT much damage to extensions. The shampoo and conditioner was sulfate free and protein free so I know it wasn’t the shampoo & conditioner. So unprofessional. Also, I know this is a seperate issue, but the vibes were all off. She was just really short and rude when I’d make even the smallest of conversation.
