Trek Wollongong team are the best. Recently purchased a FX Sports from the shop, David, Nick and other members of the team have gone well beyond my expectation in getting the bike fit right, even to the point of changing the frame size. For an older rider this level of support is so much appreciated. The bike is great, the customer support is fantastic.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or cycle gear.

Ryan and Jessica (owners) will make it worth your while in the shop. Super helpful, always on the ground to look after you. We were there for the UCI event and they did everything to make sure our bikes are race ready and were packed in time for the travel back home. The prices in the shop are competitive and if not they will make sure you leave the shop with a big smile. I wish they had some presence in the UAE. If you are out for bike shopping or some maintenance consider a visit. Their mechanics are well trained and passionate in what they do. They easily managed one of our complex bike’s issues which others gave up on.

These guys are the best! We needed repairs for our 17yo son's bike done relatively quickly (he uses it to get to and from his job) and had been told by another bike shop that they couldn't fit us in for at least 3 weeks. The staff at Trek Wollongong (previously Simple Cycles) were so accommodating that they did the repair on the spot with us looking on and giving the yay or nay on what needed to be done and I know that we would have paid much more at the other place. Thank you so much - honest, prompt and reliable service. Our go-to bike shop for sure!! P. S the bike had not been purchased there

The bike mechanics are very knowledgeable and passionate. Work done on my bike has been of a very high quality and the assistance in choosing a new helmet was meet with a very high level of customer service. The team as a whole are very friendly and it shows in the atmosphere in the store. The advice given is not exclusionary and is catered for the level and type of cycling the customer is enquiring about. I have and will continue to suggest this store to friends and family.

As part of the WA team that went to the junior nationals, my son crashed late Wednesday afternoon and needed urgent repairs to his bike before the next race the following morning. The team at Trek Wollongong worked late into the night to ensure my sons bike was ready and not just ready but better! Such amazing service, nothing was too much to ask and the guys all working there were just so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and highly skilled staff. Thanks again for saving the day!

Purchasing my bike from your store (Trek Wollongong) could not have been any better. I drove and hour amd 20 minutes and it was worth it. The service I received from Jake was probably one of the best sales experiences I have had. Getting the bike was great, but the experience was made better by Jake. I really appreciate the fact that you can still get great people working in retail that are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It doesn't happen often. Getting a thank you for purchasing the bike from one of the Trek executives was also terrific, he didn't have to do that, to acknowledge my purchase was a very nice gesture.
