Hale and the team at Starline were just awesome. Their pricing was on point and customer service incredible. Everything that they said they would do, they did and they did it when they said they would. I needed some new screen doors installed and some old screens retrofitted with triple security locks. The old screens were taken away, refitted with new locks and returned and refitted to the doors on the same day. Exceptional customer service from a local company at a competitive price. When I was researching I look at the ratings and also look for a fair bit of positive feedback and with Starline Security that was indeed the case. I found a bit of difficulty at the start with the Covid process that was put in place trying to send photo's and measurements due to the various types and styles of doors and windows we have but when none of it made sense and Ben came out it was smooth sailing from then on. Absolutely go with this company these guys really are going above and beyond. Looks perfect couldn't be happier.

Got our security screens installed today by Nathan. Super impressed with the service and professionalism. Nathan was simply amazing! Not only he was punctual with both the appointments- measure and install but he was very polite and respectful. Everytime he came inside the house, he took his shoes off. He explained all the things and options very well. After installation, he cleaned and put everything back in their place. Highly recommend Nathan at Starline security.

We highly recommend Hale from the Starline team. From the initial quote to the installation process of our window screens we have had utmost confidence in him. He took the time to consider a solution that best suited our needs and we couldn't be more happy with the result. We definitely recommend Starline and will use them again in the future. Hale is definitely an asset to the team.We had mostly secureview window screens fitted and are impressed with how much light they allow through and how it's actually difficult to tell we even have screens. We have big double hung windows so it was important to us not to lose our natural light and view. We also had diamond grille fitted to some windows.

We looked at Starline for our new house as a second quote. Our previous house we had used another well known brand and that was great but more expensive. Starline met all of the same standards, they were prompt with replies to emails and quotes. Had very sound advice while doing check measure and the installation team were very professional. We are thrilled with finished product and highly recommend this product.

Had 3 doors and a sliding flyscreen installed by Starline and have been very happy with every aspect of our dealings from start to finish. Hale and Chris were both punctual, professional, friendly and efficient. We were originally told that it would take 2-3 weeks from paying our deposit for the doors to available for installation it actually took about half that only 1-1.5 weeks. Doors and screens work well and seem of good quality. Happy to recommend to others.

Excellent quality product made to a very high standard. They no longer do their own installations but will refer you to a preferred installer if you contact them; Steve from Dynasty Glass Installations (who is an absolute professional) did my installation. I got a sliding security door replaced that matches in perfectly with the other, older security grilles and doors in my house.
