Extremely disappointing experience. The truck we booked got allocated to someone else without our knowledge. They tried to contact us only the day before and because we could not be reached still went ahead to reallocate it. We had already confirmed our booking before. The person made no attempt at finding us an alternative solution or being considerate for our situation. Not even provide other options in the area. This is terrible customer service and shows no thought for the customers. I will never use Avis again.
