I ordered a vehicle in Feb and was told I would have it by AprilI did the paperwork and paid the deposit and heard nothing moreIt is now mid April and since they wouldn’t answer my emails I drove down to find out what was happeningThe vehicle is still at the docks. W. T. Hell. Poor customer service Mr Bourke!!

A month ago, 8000km service done there. Second day engine still makes noise when it is cool. Called them. They said we can't fix it because no part. And I can't book a service call for that. It was shocking.Today, I can't open the fuel cap. It was comepletely stuck. And the arm rest is downward around 30 degree when I tried to use it at first time . It is only at 10651km in total.Very disappointing.

Booked my car in for a service, fix a hand break issue and a tyre issue. They forgot to service the car, so I had to return the next day and they didn’t fix the problem with my tyre. I was charged $700+ for this. Would not return.

Last month I bought an LDV deliver 9 Van , Today we took it for the 5,000km service. They found out the engine cap is missing, the oil has spilled everywhere. It looks they didnt do a Proper check before realising the vehical as a result my life was in danger while driving Honestly i dont recommend anyone to buy any car from this place as they might do the same with you.
